November Supporters

November 30, 2012
What an incredible month.  We had so much help to make the 100 Blessing Bags Event a success.  Thanks to all the brothers and sisters who donated body wash and brushes for us to include in the hygiene bags.  A huge thanks for the wheelchair and walker, both of which were desperately needed by the homeless who had no other way to obtain one.  Not only did we have 100 hygiene bags but we were able to set up 2 tables which we kept restocking with donated clothes, hats, and coats for the homeless...

October Blessings

As we prepare for the November 17th Outreach, we are thankful that we will be able to set up the truck as a clothing station for the homeless and hand out all the winter clothes, shoes, socks, pants, blankets, shirts, coats and hats this thanksgiving season.  We have been blessed to continue to receive our monthly allotment from Panera Bread to include bagels, bread and pastries during our soup ministry.  A huge Shout-Out to Mackenzie, a dear little girl who is going door to door with her wag...

September Helpers

October 3, 2012
It's been a help to the homeless this month that we were able to give out so much water, bread, bagels, pastries, Cup of Noodles, and drinks this month.  We are thankful to also have some pantry items to cook for Saturday night chapel service now with rice, pasta, and other canned goods.  We received plastic ware, toilet paper, clothes, soap, toothbrushes, and shampoos to add to our Blessing Bags.

This month's soup ministry handed out roughly 70+ soups and we included the following items in ...

Thanks to our beautiful sisters who donated lots of hot dogs, books, clothing, music and chairs to our ministry.  We also appreciate Panera's continued support in allowing us our monthly bagel and pastry pickup night which gets wrapped and frozen for soup ministry and outreach use.  We are grateful to many brothers and sisters who helped us financially this month as well as Grace Harbor Fellowship for their support.

Please know whether it's a donation of $1, a pair of socks, your prayer or y...

July Partners

August 2, 2012
We'd like to thank our brothers who are handing out flyers in the parks letting the homeless know that we are at the Salvation Army every Saturday night with food, music and a message of hope.  Grace Harbor once again filled up the Outreach Barrel with cup of soups and clothes which we go through every month.  Panera Bread helped out with bread and pastries and cookies which we use for the Soup Ministry, Blessing Bag Ministry and the weekly outreach at the Salvation Army.  We were blessed to ...

June Supporters

July 12, 2012
A huge thanks to all the brothers who donated financially to 2 Act Ministries this month so we can continue reaching out to those who are lost and hurting on the streets of Vegas.  The purchase of the walkie-talkies this month made the drive-around outreach SO easy when people were spotted huddled against building in the darkness.  The neck towels we bought that we keep iced down for those on the streets was an enormous hit this month and at 50 cents each not only does it cool someone down, b...
